His public service includes 10 years as a volunteer trauma chaplain at Northwest Texas Hospital, as well as ongoing roles as a pastor at Hillcrest Baptist Church and a coach at the Maverick Boys & Girls Club. Tackett says his campaign is rooted in compassion, steady leadership, and a commitment to serving local families.
