Randall County Commissioner Tam Boatler seeking reelection to Precinct 4 seat

Randall County Commissioner Tam Boatler has officially filed to seek reelection for the Precinct 4 seat. Boatler, who was first elected in 2022, submitted the necessary paperwork and qualified for the ballot by gathering voter signatures rather than paying a filing fee, surpassing the required number of signatures.

Boatler highlighted his work on the commissioners court during his current term, pointing to county growth and efforts to maintain efficient operations. He emphasized the court’s approach to representing both residents and county employees while managing county business and services.

Precinct 4 includes growing residential and commercial areas within Randall County. The commissioners court is responsible for county budgets, infrastructure decisions, public safety funding, and personnel matters, among other areas of local governance.

Candidate filing for the March primary remains open until December 8. The primary election is scheduled for March 3, and the general election will follow in November for those advancing beyond the primary stage.
