Area law enforcement agencies booked dozens of individuals into the Potter and Randall county jails Thursday and early Friday on charges ranging from driving while intoxicated and drug possession to aggravated assault and family violence. Several felony arrests, federal holds and protective order violations were among the cases reported.

Potter County

Potter County deputies arrested Alva Seti Alexander, 23, Thursday at 2:06 a.m. in the 2700 block of Interstate 40 West on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2,000.

Edward Louis Arnold, 66, was arrested Thursday at 3:55 p.m. at Amarillo Boulevard and Martin Road on charges of possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 2 and possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1.

Deputies arrested Damien Cole Brockmeyer, 33, Thursday at 12:15 a.m. at Southwest 11th Avenue and Parker Street for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension. Bond was set at $1,000.

William Douglas Cagle, 47, was taken into custody Thursday at noon in the 500 block of South Fillmore Street on charges of assault on a family or household member, theft of aluminum, bronze, copper or brass, and violation of a bond or protective order.

Deputies arrested Daniel Arturo Camarillo, 28, Thursday at 3:47 a.m. on an Interstate 40 West frontage road for driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2,000.

Manuel Hernandez-Mendez, 21, was arrested Thursday at 3:31 a.m. at 10th Avenue and Ross Street for driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2,000.

Potter County Detention Center inmate Richard Anthony Hold, 18, of San Antonio, was charged Thursday with publishing or threatening to publish intimate visual material.

Deputies arrested Michael Paul Martinez, 49, Thursday at 12:36 a.m. in the 2200 block of Amarillo Boulevard East for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension and a city charge. Bond was set at $1,000.

Martin Montoya-Verdiguel, 29, of Borger, was arrested Thursday at 9:14 a.m. in the 4200 block of Highway 136 on two out-of-county charges.

Abram Ty Navarro, 25, was arrested Thursday at 1:11 a.m. at Western Street and 21st Avenue for driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension. Bond was set at $3,000.

Deputies arrested Robert Earl Patterson, 50, Thursday at 1 a.m. in the 2500 block of South Taylor Street for assault causing bodily injury to a family member, along with a city charge and a justice of the peace charge. Bond was set at $2,500.

William Robinson, 24, was taken into custody Thursday at 7:40 p.m. in the 4300 block of Interstate 40 on a fugitive charge.

Deputies arrested Isaiah Julius Sierra, 27, Thursday at 6:49 a.m. in the 3400 block of Interstate 40 West for possession of marijuana and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1. Bond was set at $101,000.

Anteon Tinner, 46, was arrested Thursday at 6 a.m. in the 7500 block of Tradition Parkway for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Deputies arrested Ethan Louis Tobar, 22, Thursday at 8:19 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Georgia Street on two counts of violation of a bond or protective order.

Dashawn Antonio Tucker-Johnson, 26, was arrested Thursday at 10:33 p.m. in the 700 block of South Polk Street for assault on a family or household member with a previous conviction.

Deputies arrested Treyvon Washington, 23, Thursday at 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of North Garfield Street for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a city charge.

Jamar Dashaun Williams, 40, was arrested Thursday at 2:45 p.m. in the 500 block of South Fillmore Street for possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1.

Randall County

Randall County deputies arrested Coleman Rene Harbour, 36, Thursday at 12:30 p.m. for Class C theft. Bond was set at $500.

Chelyn Marie Smith, 21, was arrested Thursday at 3:28 p.m. for Class C theft and five Class C traffic offenses. Bond was set at $2,718.

Deputies arrested Alexander Eugene Archuleta, 32, Thursday at 5:55 p.m. for burglary of a habitation, credit or debit card abuse, and a parole violation.

James R. Childress, 40, was taken into custody Thursday at 6 p.m. on a federal hold.

Deputies arrested Omar Velasquez, 44, Thursday at 6:34 p.m. on a federal hold.

Michael Paul Martinez, 49, was arrested Thursday at 7:13 p.m. on charges including no seatbelt, two counts of driving with an invalid license, three counts of no vehicle insurance, operating an unregistered vehicle, a Class C traffic offense, and speeding in a school zone. Bond was set at $4,348.

Tabitha Jean O'Brien, 36, was arrested Thursday at 7:34 p.m. for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

Deputies arrested Jenny Nell Krainz, 50, Thursday at 8:46 p.m. for a Class C traffic offense, pedestrian in the roadway, and public intoxication. Bond was set at $1,500.

Cody Wayne Black, 39, was arrested Thursday at 9:07 p.m. for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Friday morning, deputies arrested Joseph Eugene Larreau, 67, at 12:15 a.m. for a Class C traffic offense. Bond was set at $247.

Vicente Alejandro Lopez, 32, was arrested Friday at 1:44 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 2, possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1, and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,500.

Jaron Jase Box, 21, was arrested Friday at 3:23 a.m. for driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $1,500.

Jennifer Marie Brown, 25, was arrested Friday at 6:20 a.m. for no driver's license and no vehicle insurance. Bond was set at $1,000.

Deputies arrested Miguel Anthony Avalos, 34, Friday at 6:20 a.m. for evading arrest and assault on a family or household member by impeding breathing or circulation.

Miguel Aguilasocho Avalos, 58, was arrested Friday at 7:58 a.m. for hindering apprehension or prosecution of a known felon.
