Additionally, one uninjured party has been taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony of the second degree. Police are also looking into an earlier disturbance at separate location down the street.

As a result of the incident at Los Agaves Jalisco’s Grill & Cantina, the injured parties include Jose DeLeon, 31, of Houston, Troy Preas, 49, of Borger, and Troy Geraldizo, 31, of Borger.

As these investigations progress, additional charges are anticipated that should lead to more arrests.

The Borger Police Department is diligently processing physical evidence and conducting interviews with those involved and witnesses. Their aim is to achieve a comprehensive and thorough investigation. Upon the completion of the investigation, the case will be forwarded to the district attorney's office for prosecution.
