Man shot multiple times at the Players Club

Early Saturday morning, Amarillo police officers responded to a shooting at the Players Club. The Players Club is located at 2121 I-40 East.

A man had been shot multiple times and transported to an area hospital for his injuries. The victim told officers he had gone outside to get in his car and someone shot him. 

No other information has been released concerning this incident. High Plains Daily News will update this story as more information becomes available.

The APD Violent Crimes Unit is investigating this shooting.
