Update: APD Homicide investigators have arrested 47 year old Phou Phiouphanh in connection to this case. He was charged with murder and booked into the Potter County Jail.
Original post: Early Saturday morning, Amarillo police officers were called to the 5900 block of NE 9th on a person down in the roadway.
When officers arrived they found 39 year old Isaac Shay Morris deceased. Due the victims injuries, the Homicide Unit was called to investigate.
The Homicide Unit is requesting that if anyone has any information about this incident, please call the Amarillo Police Department.
