Amarillo police investigating drive by shooting


Early Wednesday morning, Amarillo police officers were called to a residence in the 3500 block of Lometa on a drive by shooting. The victim described the suspect vehicle as a white car. 

One person was struck by the gunshots and taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Three residences and a vehicle were struck by bullets during this incident. 

No arrests have been made. The incident remains under investigation.
