Shooting at Amarillo's Crunch Fitness: One person arrested


Early Wednesday morning, Amarillo police officers were sent to Crunch Fitness, located at 2020 S Georgia, on shots fired inside the gym. 

When officers arrived, they were told a man had been chasing another man around the club and was shooting at him. Both men were located and detained by officers. 

There were no injuries. The gun used in this incident was located by officers.

Officers said damage did occur to both Crunch and another area business from the bullets fired by the suspect.   

The suspect in this incident was later arrested and booked into the Potter county jail for two counts of aggravated assault w/deadly weapon. He is identified as 42 year old Nicholas Frasier.

This incident remains under investigation by the Violent Crimes unit of the Amarillo PD.
