Amarillo shooting leaves one man dead

Late Monday night, Amarillo police officers heard shots fired near the area of SW Tyler Street. 

When officers arrived, they found a male deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was identified at 38 year old Leroy Wells. 

No arrests have been made in this case.
