During the process of completing a simple system upgrade to Tyler Technologies Munis software that started on Dec. 1, an unforeseen issue has affected the City of Amarillo (COA) Utility Billing Department’s ability to process utility payments.
Payment processing will not be available online, by phone or in-person. Water bills are not due for payment until the system is operational.
There will be no late fees charged or interruptions in water service. Auto-draft payments will not be drafted until the software issues are resolved.
