The owners of Texas Rose Steakhouse announced they plan to open a new location in Canyon. Texas Rose Steakhouse has been in business for over 20 years and has two other locations in Pampa and Borger.
Canyon City commissioners voted on Monday to spend $300,000 to help redevelop the former Buffalo’s location located at 2811 4th Avenue for the new steakhouse. Texas Rose Staekhouse is expected to create up to 45 new jobs in Canyon.
Texas Rose is owned and operated by Shane Dyer and sons. The Dyers have been in the restaurant business for over 50 years in the area.
