Coors Cowboy Club cancels annual ranch rodeo

Coors Cowboy Club
The Coors Cowboy Club has cancelled its 2020 ranch rodeo because of the current COVID-19 situation.

"It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that we have to cancel the 2020 Coors Cowboy Club Ranch Rodeo because of Covid-19.

"We met as a committee and as a board last night and felt we had no chance. It is entirely likely that large gathering will still be banned the first week in June. We simply felt that we could not risk anyone’s health for the sake of the rodeo. This is for our participants and the crowd.

"Also, we felt that asking our sponsors for money during these difficult times was not the right thing to do. We hope everyone understands. We will get through this together!" the organization posted on Facebook.

The organization plans to pick the event back up June 4 and 5 in 2021.
