Four people arrested after Dumas drug bust: Narcotics, weapons and drug paraphernalia seized


On Thursday December 20th, 2018, deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the Moore County Emergency Response Team, executed two warrants at two separate residences in Dumas.

Deputies located a large quantity of narcotics, weapons and drug paraphernalia at each residence. During the course of the investigation, deputies obtained information that some of the narcotics were being sold to young adults throughout the community.

Four arrests were made because of the execution of this search warrant.

"We would like to thank the Dumas Police Department and the Cactus Police Department for their assistance with this case. Today is a proud day because several illegal narcotics and weapons were taken off of the streets, and the residents of Moore County are a little bit safer," the Moore County Sheriff's Department said in a statement.
