Iowa State upsets number 3 Oklahoma

Oklahoma football coach Lincoln Riley said poor overall execution is to blame for his team's 38-31 loss to the Cyclones at Gaylord Family — Oklahoma Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

The Cyclones scored with just over two minutes remaining and held off the No. 3 Sooners for the biggest Power Five upset of the 2017 season so far.

Historically, Oklahoma was 74-5-2 against Iowa State entering the game. The Cyclones hadn't beat the Sooners since 1990.
