State Department opens inquiry into whether Hillary Clinton mishandled classified info: Could lead to loss of security clearance

Fox News has confirmed that the State Department has officially opened an inquiry into whether or not Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information. Many of you might find it interesting that Hillary and many of her staffers still have high level security clearances.

From Fox News:

The State Department has opened a formal inquiry into whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her aides mishandled classified information while she was the nation’s top diplomat, Fox News has learned. Despite being under investigation, Clinton and her staffers still have security clearances to access sensitive government information.

The department’s investigation aims to determine whether Clinton and her closest aides violated government protocols by using her private server to receive, hold and transmit classified and top-secret government documents. The department declined to say when its inquiry began, but it follows the conclusion of the FBI’s probe into the matter, which did not result in any actions being taken against Clinton or any of her aides.

Depending on the outcome of the current State Department inquiry, Clinton and her aides could have their access to sensitive government documents terminated.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, confirmed to Fox News the department’s formal inquiry.

Hillary's quandary was simple; How do I take advantage of my position at State and grow the foundation in terms of money, influence and power, yet not jeopardize my main goal of running for POTUS by shielding the inevitable foundation correspondence from possible scrutiny via FOIA requests and public or government oversight?

Answer: Use Bill's private server in the Chappaqua basement.

Furthermore, Hillary's carelessness extended to her use of mobile devices while she was traveling overseas on State business. It would be relatively easy to hack into Hillary's mobile device, obtain her email passwords and walk right into the front door of her server back home. In this circumstance, no server hacking would even be required.

I think most people can see through Hillary's attempts at trying to fabricate some sort of delusional, truthful outcome from James Comey's verbal indictment of her extreme carelessness. IMO opinion Comey could not bring himself to rise to the occasion and do what the evidence presented to him suggested.

So, Comey bowed to political pressure and tried to straddle the fence. He fleshed out all of Hillary's lies, obfuscations and utter negligence in the performance of her State Department communications, but could not bring himself to take the next logical step and recommend indictment. From that point on, he besmirched and sullied his own reputation as a respected straight shooter above the cesspool of this administration's politics.

The non-Kool-Aid drinking Americans are intelligent enough to understand that the only mistake in her mind was getting caught.

The emails that have already come to light indicate that she made a conscious decision, despite knowing the potential consequences after years in the political arena and having signed ethics agreements, to roll the dice in order to keep what she considered her "personal" foundation business dealings private and out of the purview of FOIA requests and scrutiny.

That is established in her emails to Ms. Abedin, who also eventually finds herself in a dual employment situation with the Clinton foundation and the State Department. signed off by non other than Clinton's personal aide and attorney Cheryl Mills. I didn't head any admission of obvious conflicts of interest.

Hillary Clinton could be guilty of betraying the confidence of his country, potentially outing and causing to be killed U.S. intelligence assets overseas, or jeopardizing classified strategic decisions at the highest levels of government.
